1. Reading more in 2019

I read 39 books in 2018. I’m not bragging. I’m here to help. I think reading is a easy way to improve yourself, specifically your ability to communicate, and to process information. I read 39 books by setting a goal of reading a book a week and then breaking down the book by so many pages a day, just like eating an elephant. As this is the time of year for resolutions, I thought I would share this LPT.

  • The number of homes bought and sold in Kitchener-Waterloo last year was down by 11.1%
  • Average prices were up 3.4%
  • Average days on market increased to 24 days, from 19 days in 2017
